Steffen was the managing director of the "Climate Foundation", while Lasse heads BOS Baustoff & Offshore Service GmbH, which received the certification order. A law firm makes it clear that BOS neither created the certification nor the report itself - everything was done by external experts. But how independent are these experts really?

This could have provided Russia valuable information! There are also reports on burned tax documents from the "Climate Foundation", which was fed by the Kremlin Group Gazprom with 20 million euros. Prime Minister Manuela Schwesig is under pressure, while the committee of inquiry is only slow. "The 'climate foundation' blocks the investigation," complains Sebastian Ehlers (CDU).
