Zoo Stralsund, 18435 Stralsund, Deutschland - When autumn starts with its shorter days, the Stralsund Zoo is transformed into a true fairytale country! The "fairy tale time in the zoo", which is eagerly awaited, begins and invites children to immerse themselves in the magical world of stories. On special dates in autumn and winter, the little discoverers can listen to the fantastic stories that describe the realm of animals and exciting adventures on earth.

Expert readers of the zoo school take the young guests on a fairytale journey in which each event has a unique topic, inspired by the breathtaking environment of the zoo. The series of events includes special topics such as "Fairy tales around the mill" at the historical location of the Mahnkeschen Mühle, "Jungle Tärchen" in the exotic South American house and "African fairy tales" in the chimpanzee house. These magical hours promise imaginative experiences for children and are a highlight of the autumn activities in the zoo.
