Ice shop next to the town hall: Wismar is looking forward to a sweet opening!

Wismar. An empty shop in Wismar's downtown is finally revived! The Joho Group from near Rostock opens a new ice cream parlor right next to the town hall. After four years of standstill, this hotspot in the heart of the city is filled with life again. The location could not be better - in the middle of the center with high pedestrian traffic!

A few years ago ice was already sold here, but after the "embers" restaurant was closed, the location was unused. City manager Victoria Binz-Gruber expresses itself optimistically: "The company knows the market." She emphasizes that the new ice cream parlor is a family -friendly offer and the new seating in the city center increases the attractiveness.

Joho offers ice cream and bubble waffles

The Joho Group is not an unknown person in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and already operates several restaurants and ice stores. In Wismar, a tempting selection of soft ice cream, yogurt soft ice and bubble waffles with delicious toppings is offered. The opening is planned for December or January and promises to spice up the ice season in the city!

With the new ice store, the competition in the city center increases. Detlef Greinke, owner of Werner's ice cream parlor, is certain: "The taste is decisive." While he offers handmade ice cream with high-quality ingredients, Joho will bring in competition with its prices of 4.50 euros for a small ice cream and 8.50 euros for a bubble waffle. The ice season in Wismar gets hot - and the anticipation for the opening is increasing!
