Bettina Bartel, which is responsible for the design mill, warns of these fraudsters. "I have received calls from several companies that were contacted by dubious advertisers. They try to persuade them to advertise them in the new citizens' brochure," she reports. The fraudsters even copy the ads from the last issue and require completely different prices. "It is not the first time that we are confronted with such problems," adds Bartel.

The entrepreneur herself also received a call from these fraudsters. "They claim that they are only small employees on the phone and try to take responsibility," she explains. Legally, there are hardly any opportunities for the design mill to act against these machinations. Therefore, she appeals to all companies in Grevesmühlen to be vigilant. "I advise everyone affected to contact me in the event of uncertainties. Some already know and ignore calls, but many are confused every time," warns Bartel.
