Neubrandenburg, Deutschland - Juri Tetzlaff, the youngsters of the Kika Baumhaus, causes a stir in Neubrandenburg! The 52-year-old, who, despite his age, still looks like a lousy boy, has no secret recipe for his youthful appearance. "No special face cream, no colored hair," laughs Tetzlaff, whose enthusiasm keeps him young for his work. On November 14, he will enchant the Neubrandenburg concert church with his moderation of the family concert to the "Nusscracker" of Tchaikovsky. He celebrated his premiere here as early as 2015, and this time there will be autographs after the concert.

The concert is supported by the talented dancers of the Dance Department of Neubrandenburg, who, with their performances, bring the magic of the "Nusscracker" to life. But that's not all: In the evening, Tetzlaff takes the stage again to moderate the concert with the premiere of Lutz Schumacher's first symphony. Schumacher, a passionate music lover, expresses his love for nature and the forest with his symphony. Concert master Juan-Esteban Rendón describes the work as a romantic and traditional with a lot of percussion and xylophone. Tetzlaff is excited and is looking forward to the audience in the fourth town. "It is always fun in this great hall," he enthuses.

The family concert with the Nordkurier symphonics led by Andreas Schulz begins at 3:50 p.m., followed by the evening concert at 7 p.m. Tickets are available in the Nordkurier media house and at the box office.
