On the L 261, a radio car crew from the Greifswald police headquarters noticed a heavily leaning car. The officers immediately switched to stopping operations, but the driver accelerated and tried to escape the control through rapid driving. The vehicle raced from the L 261 to the K 7, but briefly lost visibility to the police.

His 59-year-old passenger, also German citizen, suffered serious injuries and was immediately taken to the hospital. The economic damage to the vehicle is estimated at around 15,000 euros.
