Literature evening in Wiesbaden: Young talents conquer the stage!

Frankfurter Straße 1, 65189 Wiesbaden, Deutschland - On Thursday, November 21, Wiesbaden becomes a hotspot for literary enthusiasts! At 7:30 p.m., the Literaturhaus Villa Clementine opens its doors for the tenth edition of the highly expected "text contest". Here young talents from the Rhein-Main region present their latest works and show what the literary scene has to offer.

The stage belongs to the aspiring authors Laura Kind from Frankfurt, Marcella Melien from Wiesbaden and Thea Steimer, who commutes between Frankfurt and Berlin. These creative minds bring fresh texts that will captivate the audience. The evening is accompanied musically by Sebastian Bungert, a talented singer-songwriter from Saarbrücken, who inspires with its unique style.

The stars of the evening

Laura Kind has already made a name for itself in literary magazines and was invited to renowned workshop readings for her texts. She is currently working on her first novel. Marcella Melien, born in Wiesbaden in 1992, received numerous awards, including the HR2 literature award. She is currently a participant in the Darmstadt text workshop. Thea Steimer, who was born in 2001, fought for a place in the scene as the finalist of the international U20 championships in the Poetry Slam and is now studying script at DFFB.
