Hessengeld: 1.3 million euros for real estate buyers - controversial subsidy!
Wiesbaden, Deutschland - Wiesbaden - excitement in Hesse! The country has started with the payment of the so -called "Hessengelde", and the first 1.3 million euros flow to 831 families who have now moved into their first own property. A central point of the CDU election campaign promise is now becoming a reality, but the subsidy is not without controversy. A total of 1349 applications were granted, with binding commitments of 21.6 million euros. A real rain for real estate buyers!
up to 30,000 euros for families
The Hessengeld enables buyers to receive the real estate transfer tax if they have acquired a property between March 1 and today. A family of four can receive up to 30,000 euros - 10,000 euros per adult and 5,000 euros per child. So far, the average permit was around 16,000 euros per application. The payment takes place in the same size tranches over a period of ten years. The digital application has been possible since mid -September, and Finance Minister Alexander Lorz (CDU) reports on a smooth process.
criticism of the costs
Not everyone is thrilled! The opposition Greens practice sharp criticism of the high costs of the program and fear that it only creates "take -use effects", since especially people benefit from it who wanted to buy a property anyway. Prime Minister Boris Rhein (CDU) remains optimistic and emphasizes that the dream of home must remain accessible to many people. An exciting topic that heats the minds!
