Potholes and puddles: Reichelsheimer Cerb urgently needs help!
Reichelsheim, Deutschland - The Reichelsheimer Cerb, which took place on October 12th and 13th, offered a lively atmosphere and attracted many visitors. But not everything went without criticism: the condition of the fairground opposite the sports field caused resentment, especially with the chairman of the Free Voting Community (FWG), Cenk Gönül.
Gönül praised the great atmosphere and the organization of the event, which was carried out by the Reichelsheim cerb club in the tent on the shooting lake, and found that the celebrations were well attended and successful. "People laughed and celebrated together. The sense of community was clearly noticeable," said Gönül. But the fairground, which was supervised by the city, was not to the same extent.
criticism of the state of the showman site
The FWG chairman expressed serious allegations on the condition of the showman site. "The floor was uneven and full of potholes and puddles, which made the space not very attractive," he said. According to internal sources, this square is now called the "worst place in Hesse". A long -time showman who has canceled his contractual participation is particularly affected after 56 years of tradition. "It is incomprehensible how one deals with such an established company that has belonged to the notch for generations," criticized Gönül.
It becomes clear that the city has to rethink the framework conditions for such events. Gönül demands that the fairground make it easier to make the small companies easier to participate and to increase the attractiveness of the notch for visitors. "The best organization will not be enough without the support of the city," he is convinced.
Furthermore, he appeals to those responsible to rethink the division of the event in the future. A coherent event location should be created in particular with regard to the renovation of Karl-Kempf-Platz. A well -designed place could bring the community closer together and attract more visitors.
"The city must act and tackle the problems now so that we can continue to experience a living notch with numerous showmen in the future," warns Gönül, underlining the importance of care and maintenance of the venues in the region. The future of the notch depends not only on the celebrations itself, but also on the conditions that the city offers the showmen and visitors.
The predominant challenges that are the joy of the traditional festival in the shade, a light throws on the necessity and meaning of well -groomed and inviting public spaces. A state that needs to be overcome in order to keep the traditions alive and continue to celebrate together. More information about the current developments can be found in the report on www.fnp.de .
