Harald Warnat, a passionate history collector, has become a contact point for historical memories in Gedern for over a decade. His previous topics such as "Old Gederner Restaurants" and "City Reviews from four decades" are only the top of the iceberg. With aerial photographs by the city of Gedern, the new calendar promises to offer an incomparable visual journey through the past. These aerial photographs, some of which go back to 1934, show not only the city, but also the constantly changing landscape and infrastructure.

Warnat's passion for the story was taken into his cradle by his grandfather, a former veterinarian and local politician. Warnat's works raised his passion for collecting from fossils and minerals to historical photographs and documents. Warnat is particularly proud of a rare original certificate, which he tracked down in the State Archives of Saxony-Anhalt and which came to light before the 650th anniversary of the city rights ceremony.

For railway fans there is a very special highlight in this calendar: an aerial photo of the Gederner train station from the 1960s that arouses nostalgic memories. Warnat has spared no effort to choose the best recordings - each image is meticulously documented with the associated data and original information.
