He also pleads for inexpensive solutions, such as systems that send alarm directly on cell phones. However, concrete recommendations after the fire in Stadtallendorf are still in the queue. "We first have to wait for the results of the examination," continued Büttner.

Becker adds: "Fire alarm systems save primarily human lives, not necessarily realized."
