Solidarity with cleaning master: strike for 250 jobs in Gründau!
In Gründau-Rothenbergen it is bubbling! Putzmeister's workforce made the decision to step into a permanent strike. This courageous action aims to secure the approximately 250 jobs at the Rothenbergen location, while the Heimertingen location also floats in danger. District Administrator Thorsten Stolz, first district member Andreas Hofmann and district member Jannik Marquart show solidarity with the fighting employees and emphasize the urgency of this argument.
"For men and women in the factory, as well as for their families and the environment, are difficult days. But the industrial action that they lead is important. So you simply not deal with people," said the Kreisspitze in an urgent message. Despite multiple offers of the workforce to find constructive solutions to maintain cleaning master, the corporate management has rejected all proposals. "If one side walls so hard, the other side shows its fighting spirit," it says.
solidarity and support
The Main-Kinzig-Kreis is firmly at the side of the striking employees. Hofmann took part in the strike purchase on Wednesday morning, while proudly previously visited the company meeting and promoted the employees. Despite the failed attempts at mediation and the repeated rejection of compromises by the management, the district tip remains optimistic: "Be assured that we are firmly at your side in the Main-Kinzig district and support your commitment."
The message is clear: the workforce not only fights for its jobs, but also for a future that offers people in the region perspectives. In these challenging times, cohesion is more important than ever!
