Bad Nenndorf, Deutschland - The support association of the State Garden Show is planning a new community garden on the old railway embankment in Bad Nenndorf. The people inhabitants want to get the residents in the mood for the Landesgartenschau 2026. On January 18, there will be a workshop for the bed design, which will be held in the Kassel house from 2.30pm to 5.30pm.

Participants of the workshop have the opportunity to manage their own garden parcel. The community garden is created on an area of 600 square meters leased by Westfalen-Weser. The parcel is located on the bike path of old railway embankment at the level of Hindenburgstrasse. Various plant species, including flowers and herbs, are intended to design the beds. In the workshop, members of the association will present the concept of the citizens' gardens.
