Construction delay: Bridge over A4 remains closed until shortly before Christmas!

Bad Hersfeld, Deutschland - drama on the A4! The bridge that connects Bad Hersfeld with Wippershain remains closed longer than expected. The completion originally planned for mid -November has now been moved to December 21st. The reason for this is the adverse weather conditions, which prevented the building from being sealed in good time. A real fiasco for all commuters!

The Autobahn GmbH admits that the poor weather conditions have significantly impaired the work. The asphalt deck layer and the remaining street work can only be carried out after the seal. The diversion remains until the full closure can be lifted and leads via Wüstfeld, KonroDe, Schenklengsfeld, painting comments and the B62 back to Bad Hersfeld.

The residents and road users have to be patient until shortly before Christmas, while the construction work continues to progress. An unfortunate fact that strains the nerves of those affected!
