The end of an era: Gutburger closes in Gießen after 11.5 years!

The "Gutburgerlich" restaurant in Gießen closed its doors on December 30, 2023 after 11.5 years of operation. The operators, Dominik Büttner, Minas Adis and Philipp Kübler, have significantly shaped the burger culture in Gießen with their concept and were known for their handmade burgers with high-quality, fresh ingredients. In addition to fast food burgers, the "Gutburgerlich" was one of the first gastronomic facilities in Germany that served Beefpatties medium and used special ingredients.
