In the quiet Böcklerstraße in Fulda, a remarkable incident occurred last weekend, which keeps the police busy. Unknown perpetrators took the opportunity and broke into a company building. First they seem to have been targeted with a larger vehicle, probably a truck by dismantling a fence element in the back of the site. So they reached a loading ramp of the warehouse where they stole material worth several thousand euros.
During the break -in, which took place between Friday, October 4 and Monday, October 7, the perpetrators caused property damage of around 2,500 euros. Only the truck got problems while fleeing, which indicates a hasty escape. Ultimately, however, the burglars were able to escape with their stolen goods.
Several containers affected
Another incident framed the investigation: a license plate was stolen from a parked truck trailer of the Hüffermann brand nearby nearby between Thursday, October 3 and Sunday, October 7th. It is currently unclear whether there is a connection between these acts.
