A dangerous incident occurred in Straubing on Friday when a 19-year-old moped driver provoked a 44-year-old driver. According to the police, the action occurred around 3:30 p.m. on Öblinger Strasse. The driver felt disturbed by the repeated cry of the engine of the moped driver behind him and reacted with a sudden braking. In order to avoid a rear -end collision, the young man also had to brake abruptly, which led to his fall. He was injured by the hand and later had a doctor treated. The moped damage of around 2000 euros, reports currently 24 .

In another incident, the Hamburg Regional Court recently decided that sudden full braking in road traffic often leads to the question of guilt in a rear -end collision. In a similar case that took place on the highway, the court had to deal with the question of whether a strong delay is legally justifiable without a valid reason. In this accident there was a collision between a Polish tractor -trailer and another truck, as the driver of the first vehicle braked. The court ruled that the defendant had to bear 70 percent of the damage because there was no compelling reason for the sudden braking.
