Sool ja hõbe Hamburgis: Kulinaarne tagasitulek Püha Paulil!

Hamburg. A culinary earthquake shakes St. Pauli! The trendy restaurants Salt & Silver, known for their exotic influences from Latin America and the Levant, are facing a radical relaunch. The creative minds behind the success, Johannes "Jo" Riffelmacher and Thomas Kosikowski, have big plans to redefine their gastronomic vision.

After years of concentration on the restaurant by the sea in St. Peter-Ording, the two restaurateurs are now focusing on Hamburg again. "It is time for a change," they announce it confidently. The former inspiration from the trips of the two friends should now be steered in a completely new direction. "We have grown out of our Levante & Latin American chests and developed our own culinary style," said the two. The Levante and Latin America restaurants will soon merge into a uniform Salt & Silver concept.

revolution in restaurant business

The metamorphosis is already underway! From March a "complete-state-of-the-art conversion" and a makeover of the guest rooms will be carried out. Chef Simon Lindow and the Supertalent Anton Elbern are already experimenting with new, exciting dishes. On the new menu: a five-speed menu that ranges from all the roe to homemade pasta to delicious Yakitori skewers. A visit to the next few weeks is guaranteed to be an experience!

Aga see pole veel kõik! The Latin America restaurant is now also open on Mondays and offers a “gastro-mononay” with special offers. There is a traditional “Sunday Roast” on Sundays, while the Levante is only open to regular guests on Fridays and Saturdays. The remaining days are reserved for private celebrations and special dinner events. The changes promise an exciting new chapter for the catering on St. Pauli!
