The Anzbach mill: A historic inn returns!

The Anzbacher Mühle in Maria Anzbach is back and caused a sensation with its reopening a week ago! Under the direction of Stefan Hiessberger, an experienced restaurateur, this historic building is now being revived as a culinary center. The mill, which goes back to the late Gothic and once served as a power source for the Region, has blossomed from a grain mill to a meeting point for enjoying. As MeinDzeur , the opening took place with numerous guests who were able to look forward to a return to down-to-earth home.

The Anzbach mill, which was driven by a water wheel and provided the surrounding houses with electricity in the 1940s, was freshly restored and now offers a sociable atmosphere. The opening times are from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., with a warm kitchen, which is accessible from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., except on Wednesdays and Thursdays when there is the day of rest. At the weekend there are regional, seasonal dishes. The community has teamed up with Hiessberger to breathe new life into the mill. This does justice to the need for a traditional tavern style, as Hiessberger explains: "It should be as you used to be used to the traditional inn." In addition, there is a room for clubs and groups such as the church choir in the mill, where you can meet and exchange, such as Ansbacher-Meuehle.at emphasized.
