Miu inspires at HORIZONTE FESTIVAL: strong women's power event!

The young musician Miu gave up her job in advertising and causes a stir after she flew to New York to appear in the renowned live club The Bitter End. Miu also becomes headliner at the Horizonte Festival in Bremervörde, which takes place under the motto "strong women". This festival is from the Kultur- und Heimatkreis e. V., tandem- organize social participation, as well as the Bremervörde GmbH nature and adventure park. The Sparkasse Rotenburg Osterholz also supports the event.

Already in 2017 Miu played in Bremervörde, where she presented some of her songs for a campaign by the Vörder Seefee. In the past, she was the first pop band in the Elbphilharmonie and her voice was used to adjust the Elphi sound. Her album "Modern Retro Soul" made it to the official German album charts in 2019, and in 2023 her music could be heard in the Dresden ARD crime scene and in a ZDF-Rosamunde Pilcher adaptation. MIU is actively committed to better conditions for artists: inside and in 2023 has completed its master's degree in cultural and media management.

Details on the Horizonte Festival 2025

The Horizonte Festival 2025 begins on January 31 with the presentation of Fidi Steinbeck, followed by a special program on February 8, which addresses the role of women in music history. The Marion & Sobo Band will appear on February 21st before Miu takes the stage on February 28th. Miu will present songs with strong sound, inspired by songwriter.

The concerts in the Bremervörder Ratsaal start at 8 p.m. Individual tickets cost € 25, while a festival pass costs € 90 for all four events. Tickets are available in the Bookstore Morgenstern, the Bremervörde tourist information and online in the ticket shop of the Sparkasse Rotenburg Osterholz.
