Murder process in Uphusen: jealousy and fatal allegations in court!

In a murder process that is currently being negotiated before the Verden district court, the focus is on a 37-year-old who is accused of having stabbed a 27-year-old man on July 9, 2024 in Achim-Uphusen. The victim, who came from Bremen, was found dead two days before his 28th birthday.

The accused had lived with the victim and his girlfriend for a while after he had become homeless. According to the indictment, there is a secret affair between him and the victim's girlfriend, which led to tensions. Witnesses describe the accused as possessive and aggressive if he did not receive sufficient attention. On July 7, 2024, he is said to have made reservations to the victim and pressed it. A three-way relationship that he proposed to the victim was rejected due to the resistance of the 27-year-old.

Details of the incident

on the day of the day, July 9, the accused sent threatening news to the victim. The victim returned home in the evening to see his cats and was attacked by the defendant with at least nine knife stings, one of these stitches hit the heart of the victim.
