Sweet surprise in the Uckermark: Ju conjures up smiles to Nikolaus!
The Junge Union (Ju) Uckermark recently carried out a special Nicholas campaign in Angermünde, which to put a ray in the face of many people. Under the direction of Nico Beetz, a small group set off to distribute around 200 chocolate Nicholes. Despite the cloudy and cold weather, young people, families and seniors were mainly given. As the Nordkurier , there was a lot of positive response in front of the train station and at the Christmas market. The Ju also visited the child's house in Prenzlau to hand over sweets there too. The aim of the campaign was to give everyone a little smile and to give people joy in this challenging time.
In an official announcement by the Ju Uckermark, it was emphasized how important community and cohesion are especially in the advent season. When distributing the chocolate Nichts at the Christmas market, people's joy was tangible. 'It was wonderful to see how many of you were happy about the sweet surprise', wrote the JU on your website ju-uckermark.de . This campaign impressively shows how such small gestures can have a positive effect on the community, especially in the run -up to Christmas. Thanks not only to the active members, but also the member of the state parliament Ellen Fährmann for their support.
