Christmas markets in the Prignitz: brilliant Advent season begins!

The anticipation of the contemplative Advent season can be felt in the Prignitz! This week the first Christmas markets start and invite you to stroll. From festively decorated booths to delicious treats - there is something for everyone here!

From 11 to December 15th, the Pritzwalker Christmas market opens its doors every day on the market square. A special highlight awaits visitors on the third Advent in the churches of Sankt Nikolai and Sankt Anna. It will also be festive in Wittenberg: The Christmas market also takes place here from December 11th to 15th, with a colorful stage program. It is open on December 11th, 12th and 15th from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., as well as on December 13th and 14th to 10pm.

Tradition and enjoyment in Rolandstadt

The Rolandstadt Perleberg invites you to the traditional Christmas market on the large market on the fourth weekend in Advent. From December 18 to 22, visitors can discover around 30 dealers and look forward to an entertaining stage program. The market is open on December 18 and 19 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., on December 20 and 21 to 11 p.m. and on the fourth Advent from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

But that's not all! In Meyenburg, the star magic shines on November 22, while in mountains the Advent market inspires with handicrafts and festive music on November 23. There are also numerous Advent bazaars with regional delicacies and creative offers in Blüthen, Cumlosen and Groß Lüben on November 30th. The anticipation of Christmas is in the air - a festival for all the senses!
