From the uncertainty to the dream job: Jentzsch finds happiness at energy island

Oberkrämer. Jordan-Cedric Jentzsch, a 22-year-old, has found its place in the professional world! After a phase of uncertainty about his professional future, in which he took on various options such as teachers or police officers, he came across the energy island, a company that specializes in photovoltaic systems. This encounter at the Youlab 2019 training fair was the turning point in his life.

Although he initially started training as an electronics specialist, it quickly turned out that this was not his way. After only two months he broke off the training and turned the energy island again. There he got the chance to start training as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk who inspires him. "Here you are treated like a real employee and can take responsibility," enthuses Jentzsch.

Responsibility and perspective

His commitment was rewarded: Jentzsch was allowed to represent the energy island at Youlab, a task that gave him great trust. "For me that was a very great point -out," he says proudly. Leonard Grätsch, a former trainee who is now a sales manager, also confirms the excellent advanced opportunities in the company. The energy island has reached an impressive takeover rate of 100 percent in the past eight years, and Jentzsch will soon be integrated into the team.

With his decision to work on the energy island, Jentzsch not only found his dream job, but also a promising perspective for the future. He will be officially taken over in a few weeks and can look forward to a successful career!
