New operator in Al Dente: Italian flair remains in Brandenburg!

Brandenburg an der Havel> A new chapter for the legendary Italian restaurant Al Dente: Kadri Dauti has taken over the reins while his son Edon Dauti leads the business. This cult restaurant, which has conquered the hearts of the guests for decades, remains a "Spot Italy in the middle of Brandenburg an der Havel".

The Al Dente is known for its Mediterranean atmosphere and the delicious dishes that embody the "La Dolce Vita". On the menu, Italian classics such as lasagna, Spaghetti Bolognese and Pizza Salami, which take guests into a world full of pleasure. Delicate dishes such as grilled salmon and beef fillet with red wine sauce are also a highlight. And for the sweet moments there is Tiramisu and chocolate soufflé!

Kadri Dauti, an experienced restaurateur at the age of 13 as a kitchen leader in the Ristorante Toto, assures: "The al dente remains as it is. Here is fresh and seasonally cooked." His team has only made small changes, such as new wine racks and a redesign of the person. Edon Dauti ensures that guests can stay up to date via social media and admire the latest culinary creations.

With space for up to 150 guests inside and 80 on the terrace, the Al Dente is a popular meeting place in the city. After the change of operator, only three employees remained, while the previous operator, Rahman Dauti, now focused on the Beef Club. The Al Dente remains the oldest Italian restaurant in downtown Brandenburg an der Havel and promises to continue to create memories and moments that taste like at home.
