Pilk harvest in the forest: Family Liefke discovers treasures in Groß Pankow!

Groß Pankow. A true mushroom frenzy recorded the Liefke family from Pritzwalk! Elke Liefke, 43 years old, experienced her mushroom collector debut and returned home with a packed basket. The fragrance of delicious goulash, refined with freshly collected porcini mushrooms, moves through your home. An experience that not only delights the palate, but also makes the hearts beat faster!

in a second expedition, just a few days later, the family ventured into the forest again, this time with the seven -year -old daughter. "It was a great adventure, we were not afraid of the forest!", The mother beams. And indeed, the small forest near Boddin-Langnow revealed his treasures: five large baskets full of mushrooms within a week! The family was all alone in the forest, only a few forest workers were nearby, but that didn't stop them from making their prey.

The search for the noble porcini mushrooms

The idea of collecting porcini mushrooms came from Elke's partner, who started collecting mushrooms five years ago. He knows the secrets of nature and knows what is important when searching for mushrooms. Stone mushrooms are easy to recognize by their brown hat and the light stem, but caution is advised: they can be confused with the inedible gallery! "We searched for chestnuts," explains Liefke, who proudly announces that part of the harvest has already landed in your goulash, while the rest in the freezer is waiting for the next culinary creation.

This exciting mushroom adventure not only gave the family a delicious meal, but also created unforgettable memories. Nature has its treasures ready and the Liefkes are ready to raise them!
