Neukölln bulky waste days: free disposal and exchange markets in the neighborhoods!

The district office Neukölln once again organized neighborhood locking waste for the 4th quarter of 2024 together with the BSR. Residents can dispose of old furniture, mattresses or electrical appliances comfortably and free of charge in their neighborhoods. This saves the way to the recycling courtyard and helps to keep the streets clean. In addition to the bulky waste collection, there are also exchange and gift markets for objects that are still in good condition.

The exchange and bulky waste markets have been held regularly in Neukölln since 2018 and have proven to be effective. Last year, for example, 20 tons of the bulk waste collected could be used as second-hand goods. This shows how important it is to recycled things that are no longer used and thereby produce less garbage.

The appointments for the Neukölln neighborhood locking waste and exchange markets in the 4th quarter of 2024 have already been determined:
