An exciting new chapter for Alexanderplatz in Berlin-Mitte! The conversion of the Galeria building will not only change the face of the square, but also revolutionize the cultural and gastronomic offer. Commerz Real, the owner of the building, plans an exciting mix of culture, gastronomy and trade, which is supposed to transform Alexanderplatz into a living center. The plans are ambitious: by the end of 2025, the Galeria department store should temporarily close in order to be able to shine in new splendor from 2026.
