The state of Tyrol uses the advantages of digitization and starts a comprehensive support tour in the Reutte district to support citizens on site. In the middle of January, interested parties can find out about a wide range of grants which topics such as rent and residential allowances, school cost allowance and disabled help cover. The state of Tyrol has further expanded its digital services in parallel to the funding tour. As of now, citizens can arrange appointments for various services, for example for housing subsidies or for new travel passes. This is simply done via the website. Tyrol.gv.at/public or the Land Tirol app. Digitization Councilor Mario Gerber emphasizes the advantages of this additional service: "The online appointment agreement enables appointments to book uncomplicated and around the clock." Around 3,700 appointments have already been booked online, which shows the high acceptance of this offer, according to tirol-dabei.at .Another innovative step is to introduce video upperations that are currently offered as part of a pilot project. These consultations are available for new construction and renovation funding and optimally complement the existing offer. Digital progress in Tyrol is also evident in the possibility of applying for the ID Austria, offers access to over 200 applications, including digital driver's licenses, and thus enables the citizens to have simple and accessible administration.
