Utvecklingsvåg i Lichtenberg: Nya byggprojekt i september 2024
I September 2024 behandlades ett stort antal bygg- och planeringsprojekt på Lichtenberg -distriktskontoret. Det fanns både nya byggnadsansökningar samt beviljade konstruktionsmeddelanden som kommer att forma den framtida utvecklingen av distriktet.
The building applications received can be found such as the renovation of the hospital Queen Elisabeth Herzberge at Herzbergstraße 79 in Rummelburg, the new building and the expansion of the existing building at Seddiner Straße 8 in Friedrichsfelde, the basic repair and the cultivation of the Georg Orwell School in Sewanstraße 223 also in Friedrichsfelde as well Service center Ostkreuz på Schreiberhauer Straße 2, också i Rummelburg.
Dessutom beviljades konstruktionsmeddelanden, inklusive byggandet av bostadsbyggnader vid Gärtnerstraße 17/18 i Alt-Hohenschönhausen, de nya byggnaderna och omvandlingarna vid Vulkanstrasse 3 i Lichtenberg och vid Seddiner Straße 8 i Friedrichsfelde.
Ytterligare byggprojekt inkluderar byggandet av en ny cykelspecialist i Landsberger Allee 300 i Lichtenberg och byggandet av en administrativ byggnad av bostadsföreningen Solidaritet, t.ex.
