German Real Estate Prize 2024: Local Hero from the region wins!

In a glamorous ceremony in Berlin, the award winners of the German Real Estate Prize 2024 were chosen on Thursday, November 14th! Over 500 guests from industry, politics and press gathered in the WECC Westhafen Event & Convention Center to celebrate the best in the industry. The gala, moderated by the charming Laura Wontorra, was a spectacle in which a total of nine trophies were awarded. A neutral jury had already selected the winners in eight categories the day before, including the newly introduced award for the personality of the year. The audience award "House of Hearts" was determined by an exciting online voting.

A radiant moment for the R.B. Makler GmbH! Owner Ralf Beßler, his husband Sebastian Beßler and employee Laura Zobel were overjoyed when they were announced as the winner in the "Local Hero" category. This category honors small but powerful teams of a maximum of ten people in companies with annual sales of up to two million euros that can show regional success. A truly deserved victory that honors the hard work and the commitment of the team!
