Collect soldiers donations: Meet them at Kurfürstendamm!

Berlin, Deutschland - Berlin in collective fever! The 5th company of the Wachbataillon at the Federal Ministry of Defense pulls all the registers to collect donations for the Volksbund Deutsche Wargräberfürsorge e.V. On six consecutive Fridays, starting on November 8th to December 13th, 2024, the soldiers are in action from 8.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.

Also present: District Mayor Kirstin Bauch, who personally is involved in the Charlottenburg town hall on December 13th. There has been a close sponsorship between the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf district and the 5th company for 25 years. A strong sign of connection!

The soldiers in field suits are on prominent places such as the Zoologisches Garden, the Kurfürstendamm, the Kaiser-Wilhelm-Medical Church, Wittenbergplatz, Fehrbelliner Platz and in front of the Charlottenburg town hall. If you donate at least 10 euros, you will receive a donation receipt on request - a small contribution with a big impact!
