House 12 topping -out ceremony: New attitude to life in Charlottenburg!
A anticipation day for all living space seekers in Berlin! On November 7, 2024, the topping -out ceremony for the impressive construction project "Haus 12" is celebrated in the coveted district of Charlottenburg. From 10.30 a.m., the developers, who come together from Hamburg Team and Otto Wulff, welcome the projects on the project site on Quedlinburger Straße 10-12. District city councilor Christoph Brzezinski will be present as an important political representative. For all interested parties there is the possibility to register for the celebration!
construction project with great vision
This ambitious project fits seamlessly into the “Hey Charlottenburg” neighborhood development and will include 68 residential units, 66 of which are socially supported and two freely financed. Until the first quarter of 2026, not only living space, but also two underground garages with space for 34 cars will be created on an area of around 3,400 m². The architects from KSP Engel Architects have designed an appealing design that is not only functional, but also environmentally friendly, according to the KfW 55 standard.
The entire area of 7,300 m² is also enriched by other facilities such as a daycare center. Particularly noteworthy is the inclusion of the residents in the planning process: their valuable information led to improvements in the freedom, including the creation of a spacious courtyard with bicycle parking spaces, a climbing course and shady areas to relax. Not only is living space created here, but an entire quality of life in the district is increased.
The urgency of the project is undeniable. "We make a substantial contribution to the creation of affordable and sustainable living space in the heart of Charlottenburg," explains Christoph Beck from Degewo. The managing director of Hamburg Team, Klaus Heldwein, emphasizes: "In one of the most sought -after residential areas, socially acceptable living space is essential. With this diverse living concept, we are aimed specifically at families and thus contribute to relieving the lack of living space in Berlin." The construction project is therefore a clear sign against the living space misery in Germany's capital!
