BR Volleys celebrate Triple Sieg: Entry in the Golden Book in Charlottenburg!

Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, Deutschland - A historical moment for the BR Volleys! On Wednesday, October 30, 2024, the radiant triple winners of the 2023/2024 season will be registered in the Golden Book by Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf in the Max-Schmeling-Halle. District City Councilor Heike Schmitt-Melz will carry out this solemn act, which honors the team's impressive performance.

Last season, the SCC volleyball players not only won the German championship, but also secured the DVV Cup and the LigaCup. With a total of 14 German championships and 7 DVV cups, the Berlin Recycling Volleys have been part of the elite of the volleyball Bundesliga for years and have thus secured a permanent place in the history books.

"With the entry in our golden book, we not only appreciate the sporting success, but also your role as role models for cohesion, team spirit, commitment and passion. This entry should be a sign of recognition and our connection, as well as motivation for further success," explains sports city councilor Heike Schmitt-Melz. The volleyball team from Charlottenburg, founded in 1991 from the merger of several volleyball departments, has fought unchallenged to the top of German volleyball in recent years and will continue to compete for new successes in the future.
