Starnberg helps: call for donations for needy families for Christmas!

The St. Johannis Almeida Social Foundation in Starnberg calls on all citizens for a generous fundraiser! After the overwhelming success in the last year, when 360 families were made a happier Christmas, help is to be provided again this year for the needy. Mayor Patrick Janik, who is also chairman of the board of trustees, emphasizes the urgency of this action.

"The current world situation is terrifying for all of us," explains the foundation. "But here too there are people in need who have to do without a lot." Children who suffer from poverty and experience exclusion are often particularly affected. The foundation has set itself the task of helping this needy citizen unbureaucratically. Janik appeals to the solidarity of the Starnberger: "Help to prepare a joyful Christmas in our city in need!"
