Euerbach celebrates loyal SPD members: 50 years for the community!

Euerbach, Deutschland - euerbach - a festival of honors and political foresight! On October 13, the members of the SPD Euerbach gathered in the Evangelical Community Hall for their annual general meeting. With coffee and cake, not only was the success of the local association toast, but also referred to the need for a stronger leadership by Federal Chancellor Olaf Scholz. Martina Braum, the chairwoman of the Schweinfurt-Land district association, praised the committed work of the Euerbacher and called for a clear direction for the traffic light coalition to give a better picture until the next federal election.

An emotional highlight of the evening was the honor of long -time members, which was carried out by Jochen Kraft and Martina Braum. Especially in the spotlight, Erwin Wiege, who was recognized for an incredible 50 years of membership! In his moving speech, Wiege recalled his motives for entering the SPD and emphasized the social orientation of the party. Other jubilees were also celebrated: Bernd Rausch (15 years), Hubert Johann Guggenbichler (25 years), as well as the two 40-year-olds, Theo Hollmann and Uwe Böhm. The honors for the absent members Gisela Weigand (50 years) and Claus-Dieter Roos (65 years) are still pending

Jochen Kraft took the opportunity to look back on the most important events from the anniversaries' years. The meeting was not only a celebration of the past, but also a look into the future: the SPD Euerbach sees itself well positioned and emphasizes the importance of its work for the community and beyond. A strong team that is ready to tackle the challenges of the coming years!
