FC Bayern Munich has a new face in his scouting department: Nils Schmadtke, son of the former goalkeeper and manager Jörg Schmadtke, will now work as a boss for the scouting team. This was officially confirmed by the German record champion, and Schmadtke will start its functions on Tuesday.

The 35-year-old Schmadtke's commitment is made after an agreement with the previous scouting manager Markus Pilawa has been achieved to end the collaboration.
