SSV Schrobenhausen celebrates impressive 37:17 home win over DJK Rohrbach!
In a gripping handball duel last Saturday, the men's team of SSV Schrobenhausen lit a true offensive fireworks in the "Dreifachtempel" and swept the DJK Rohrbach out of the hall with an impressive 37:17 (18: 8). The domestic fans experienced a game full of passion, while their team immediately got going with a brilliant three-goal run. But not only the offensive inspired: goalkeeper Simon Reindl, with his strong performance in the box, ensured that the guests from Rohrbach saw no country.
The first half of the SSV clearly dominated, with a comfortable lead to the break. Head coach Michael Hiermeier had strongly warned the boys not to be distanced from the comfortable leadership and, in the second half, rely on an aggressive 5-1 defense system. Despite an initial equality in the second round, it was only a matter of time before the SSV accelerated again. After a crazy momentum, a five-goal run broke out for the hosts who continued to impress the DJK.

Finally, the SSV prevailed with a clear final score of 37:17. The players in particular Hakim Rihabi and Lukas Schmeer stabbed and shone with outstanding goal successes. The latter currently leads the goal scorer list of the North-West district class and contributes significantly to the top position of his team in the classification. With another home game in the fresh air, the Schrobenhauseners were able to plan the next steps.The next challenges are already around the corner, but before it continues against MTV Pfaffenhofen II on November 23, the fans can look forward to an exciting internal test match against their own reserve team on November 10th - another occasion to keep their football enthusiasm!
