Peugeot crashes in a signaling system: driver unharmed, but car total damage!
Munich (ots)
In the night of October 5, 2024, around 1:23 a.m. on the Wasserburger Landstrasse, a spectacular accident occurred, which fortunately went out lightly. A Peugeot, controlled by an approximately 30-year-old driver, drove off the street and left a picture of the devastation. In addition to the demolished vehicle, a signal system and a traffic sign were also significantly damaged before a tree stopped the car.
First, an automatic Ecall alerted the head of operations at the Munich fire brigade, which meant that the emergency services assumed that it could be an incorrect report because the scene of the accident was located directly at a car dealer. But when the firefighters arrived, they found a completely destroyed car and were immediately alarmed.
accident course and operational activities
The driver was able to free himself from his vehicle after the accident. During the examination by the ambulance crew, it turned out that luckily it was unharmed. This was a positive turn, because in such an accident, many had the worst fears. The fire brigade secured the car and set out to absorb operating materials that had expired from the damaged vehicle. The accident site was also thoroughly cleaned, while the police recorded the circumstances and causes of the accident.
The whole operational activity took about an hour and a half until the road could be released for traffic again. However, the police investigations into the exact cause of the accident are still ongoing. Studies showed that the vehicle has probably suffered a total loss.
The entire situation raises questions about the cause of the accident and reminds you of how quickly you can get off the street. Such incidents illustrate the importance of security measures and the constant attention in road traffic in order not only to themselves, but also other road users.
