On Monday, October 7, 2024, there will be an important memorial event at 6 p.m. in the main synagogue "Ohel Jakob" of the Israelite cultural community in Munich and Upper Bavaria at St.-Jakobs-Platz 15. This community act is held in memory of the anniversary of the devastating terrorist attack by Hamas on Israel and attracts several top -class personalities.

The event is made by Dr. H.C. mult. Charlotte Knobloch, the President of the Israelite Culture Community of Munich and Upper Bavaria, opened. In addition, prominent speakers such as Mayor Dieter Reiter, Landtag President Ilse Aigner and Prime Minister Dr. Markus Söder participated in the commemoration. Talya Lador-Fresher, the Consul General of the State of Israel for southern Germany, will also speak, like Dr. James Miller, Consul General of the United States of America.
