New retirement home in Faulbach: 48 places for more quality of life!

Faulbach, Deutschland - In a spectacular progress in the field of senior care, Faulbach, Lower Franconia, celebrated the topping -out ceremony for a new retirement home on October 24th! This modern care center will not only benefit the community, but also offers an enormous financial support: Over 3 million euros flow from the prestigious funding program "PflegeSonah" of the Bavarian State Ministry of Health, Care and Prevention.

The new retirement home of Wolf-Haus GmbH is built with a total of 7.8 million euros and is equipped with 48 nursing places. Four short -term care places are created here, each funded with sensational 100,000 euros, as well as 44 generous long -term care places, which are supported with 60,000 euros per place. A real gain for the region!

innovative design for the highest quality of life

The facility has four shared apartments for twelve residents each, with special single rooms for short -term care. The focus is on customer -friendliness and quality of life: A continuous color pattern system ensures better orientation, while pictograms help to distinguish different rooms. The wheelchair -friendly kitchen also enables people in a wheelchair to participate in community life - a real ray of hope for everyone! So that the residents not only benefit from professional care, external offers and events are also planned. The Minister of Health and Nursing Judith Gerlach emphasizes that this concept of "opening in the social Nevers" is an important criterion for funding.

Thanks to the care monitoring funding, which has existed since 2020, around 5,600 nursing places with a total of around 270 million euros have been funded! With the revision of the funding guideline in October, the Bavarian state government promised to continue the funding until December 31, 2028 and also take into account innovative forms of care.
