With a lively program that ranges from baroque dance music to modern sounds, you invite the listeners to be carried away by rousing rhythms. A new concept for more joy

The popular concerts that once took place irregularly on Sundays were now moved to early Friday evening. This new appointment has proven itself and creates an even better mood. The almost one -hour appearances enable visitors to make the evening at will. In addition, the program becomes more multifaceted, with various soloists and musical styles that offer something for every taste. In the future, the organ will be combined with other instruments and vocals, which makes the concerts more varied and entertaining - an invitation to a new audience!

A highlight of the concerts is the imposing Albiez organ, one of the largest in the region. It was constructed by Winfried Albiez in 1985 and is more than ten meters high. With three manuals, a pedal and 46 registers, it is one of the most beautiful organs in the surrounding area and gives every service a special abundance of sound. In 2025 this impressive organ will be 40 years old, and the anniversary is celebrated with a great concert on June 27, 2025, in which the Würzburg cathedral organist Stefan Schmidt makes the buttons sound.
