Bartels explained that many of these operations are not classic emergency interventions, but medical care that often does not require transport.

A point of criticism affects the contact point for the training of emergency paramedics. Bartels pointed out that only one school class per year is available for training in all of Lower Franconia, which is far behind the actual need. For the district of Miltenberg, there are up to 90 applications per year on these coveted apprenticeships, but less than ten people ultimately get a place.
