Loriot on a new stage: Theater in the museum inspires audience!
The theater in the Loriot museum in the locomotive shed brings a breath of fresh air to the artistic landscape of the region. On December 22, 2024, the audience experienced an extraordinary performance in the German Steam Cycloped Museum in Neuenmarkt, which reinterprets Loriot's classics in an innovative way. The ensemble, consisting of talented actors such as Frank Endrich, Daniel Ganzleben, and Christine Kammerer, directed by Bernd Berleb, presented well -known characters in unusual contexts without losing sight of the magic of the original ketch. Particularly noteworthy was the scene with the "breakfast egg", which put the viewers into a sounding laughter, like the Frankenpost.
tradition meets creativity
On this winter natural stage there is not only theater! The tradition of the Black Forest cuckoo clock building is also alive in the region. The Hekas company, founded by Helmut Kammerer in 1938 in Schonach, is known for its exquisite cuckoo watches, which perfectly represent the craft of the Black Forest. Today the company Uwe Kammerer, who enjoyed professional training in wood mechanics and watchmaking, is managed. Hekas offers a wide range of watches, from traditional cuckoo watches to modern designs, all of which are made by hand and subjected to strict tests. Each piece receives a certificate of authenticity, which speaks for the quality and craftsmanship of the watches, as is explained on Cuckoo clocks
These cultural offers, whether in the theater or in the art of watch construction, show the versatility and creative potential of the region, which combines both tradition and contemporary influences.
