Gravel rain on the A3: Drängler causes excitement and process!
A dramatic motorway experience occurred on the A3 when a family from Nuremberg was on the way to Würzburg. The 22-year-old driver, his 17-year-old brother and the parents experienced a shocking moment when a ruthless Renault driver was dangerous in front of them in a construction site. The 17-year-old later reported in court that the juggernaps had almost lost control of his vehicle and got the left rear wheel into the gravel area, which led to a "gravel rain" on the family car.
The 22-year-old confirmed the dangerous situation and described that he was "afraid for the car" when it "popped and climbed". Despite the hustle and bustle, the family was able to read the license plate of the fleeing driver and filmed the incident with the cell phone. The damage to the vehicle, which had only been bought two years earlier, amounts to over 4700 euros. The 63-year-old pensioner, who caused the incident, was on the way home after a vacation and did not want to accept the penalty order. He claimed that "nothing extraordinary" had happened and that it was normal to "drive zigzag" in construction sites.
legal consequences and surprising twists
The legal disputes about the incident are difficult. An expert opinion on the stone strikes was only created months later, and the opposing insurance has not yet paid. The pensioner's defender criticized the police, who had not documented the incident. In the negotiation, there was finally a "process slimming": the driving ban was lifted and the procedure was terminated against a money requirement of 1500 euros. The pensioner and his lawyer started their journey home, while the defender noted that he could "have advertised 15", which concerns everyday dangers on the motorways.
