From November 20, committed volunteers are committed to enabling lonely people in the city under the motto "warmth of the heart". The city of Kitzingen announced in a press release that numerous events and fixed weekly appointments will be offered by the spring of 2025 to counter the cold and darkness.

In cooperation with various non -profit organizations, including the community center, Aplawia and AWO, a colorful program is set up. From Monday to Friday, the citizens of Kitzingen can take part in a total of six fixed dates, which are often connected to a free midday snack.
