Festive nativity play in the parish church in Rieden is enthusiastic about everyone

Kelheim, Deutschland - In the Riedenburg parish church of St. Johannes, a festive child's mass took place on Christmas Eve, which was enriched by an impressive nativity play. According to Donaukurier greeted city pastor Edmund Bock the numerous visitors of this traditional event, which began at 4 p.m.

Under the direction of Roswitha Mößl, around 40 children, young people and adults took part in the performance, with the youngest actors being only four years old. The children impressively performed the Kyri calls, while Pastor Bock read the gospel.

The story was taken over by Samuel Weinfurtner, while the main roles of Maria and Josef were embodied by Louisa Below and Annika. Angels were portrayed by Elisabeth Mayer and Lea Brunner, and Hannes Sollinger, who performed with a rolling wood and solo singing, took over the role of the hostel. The fathers Alexander Sollinger and Matthias Schadt also slipped into the role of other hostel fathers. The entire ensemble, which also included shepherds and angels, gathered in the altar area.

Musically, the child's mass was supported by the parish sparrows and mothers, and at the end the traditional song "Silent Nacht" was tuned off, followed by long -lasting applause from those present. Pastor Bock thanked everyone involved and wished the guests a Merry Christmas.

For the little ones, a special figure nativity scene performance by Simone Mayer and Monika Pereira took place in the afternoon. This was organized as part of the festive program of the Advent season, as described on the website Aktionsite-kita.de . In this celebration, in addition to the impressive performance, there was also an Advent musical mood and numerous vocal elements that brought the Christmas story closer to a child -friendly way.

The service began with a prayer and a song, followed by a brief explanation of the cheerful message about the birth of Jesus. Maria and Josef found their place in the sanctuary, and in the course of the celebration the history of the birth of Jesus was told alive through various songs and reading games.
