Landgasthof Hubertus, Kaufbeuren, Deutschland - An exciting cooking experience for the ninth graders of the Kaufbeurer Josef-Landes School! In the Hubertus Landgasthof, the students were not only allowed to watch, but were actively involved in the kitchen. Under the guidance of the talented chef Bastian Mautz, they conjured up a delicious three -course autumn menu for invited guests. Here they received valuable insights into the gastronomy and learned how the Service and the kitchen work hand in hand.

The young chefs not only showed their culinary talent, but also an impressive appearance. Every course was served with precision, and the guests felt completely comfortable. "It is impressive how much commitment and joy the young people are with!" Mautz praised the students. The hard work and the attention to detail were not hidden from the guests.
