Although there was no collision, she suffered from anxiety and sleep disorders afterwards. After his risky overtaking maneuver, the accused rammed several parked trailers and cars before he came to a standstill on a truck. If the impact had taken place on another vehicle, the driver's chances of survival and his passengers would have been very low. The entire property damage amounts to over 50,000 euros!

The prosecutor was sure that the driver was too fast from a "pure imposing behavior" and doubted that he has recognized the scope of his actions to this day. This was also evident from the fact that after the accident he grew up two more cars, including one with 270 hp. A dangerous game that does not remain without consequences!
