DJK Kaufbeuren celebrates strong home win against TSV Neuötting!

A memorable evening for the DJK Kaufbeuren! After two unsuccessful attempts, the basketball players celebrated their first home win in the Bayernliga Süd with an impressive 80:63 against TSV Enzinger Neuötting. Coach Isidoro Peronace was overjoyed: "That was exactly the appearance we had made up for in front of our home audience." The team showed an outstanding performance and thus stopped the downward trend in the table, where they are now in ninth place.

A decisive factor for victory was the return of Dominik Titz, which was back in the field after three games. "Through him we are much more flexible and dangerous on the offensive," praised Peronace. Titz shone with 20 points and proved that he can not only advance the team in a playful way, but also strategically. The DJK was both offensive and defensive and expanded its lead from 18:11 in the first quarter to half -time to 45:37.

A victory for morality

The DJK Kaufbeuren did not stop in the second half and continuously expanded its lead. "This is an enormously important home win, especially for morality," said Peronace. The players worked hard in training, and this victory was the well -deserved reward for their efforts. But the next challenge is just around the corner: On Sunday, November 24th, the undefeated league leader TSV Vaterstetten is going. "This is exactly the right opportunity to put on a shovel again and to ensure another surprise," says Peronace optimistic.

The DJK Kaufbeuren not only inspired the viewers, but also showed that it has to be taken seriously in the Bayernliga. The fans can look forward to the next game!
